About us

1970 Examination for the Master Craftman´s Certificate from Martin Reischenbeck senior.
1971 The company is founded by Martin and Brigitte Reischenbeck.
1974 First alteration; a meat cutting room, cold store and freezer store are built.
1983 Extension of the existing buildings; processing, packaging and cold store are newly constructed.
1984 Obtaining the EU licensing as meat cutting and meat product plant
DE-EZ545 und DE-EV211.
1991 The children Martin Jr. and Sylvia start working for the company.
1991 The new extension is finished:
  • deep freeze storage with a capacity of 350 tons, storage temperature -25°C,
  • two shock-freeze stores 25 tons each, temperature down to -40°C,
  • restructuring of the entire facility (and production process).

Since then we possess an unbroken cold chain from receipt of goods to shipping.

1994 Construction of the packaging rooms.
1996 Examination for the Master Craftman´s Certificate from Martin Reischenbeck junior.
1999 Construction of the social rooms and offices.
2004 Construction of the boiling room with a daily capacity of 25 tons.
2008

Change of Name from Company Martin Reischenbeck to Reischenbeck KG, Martin Reischenbeck junior and Sylvia Lohmayer are joining the company management.

2008 Golden Master Craftman´s Examination for Martin Reischenbeck senior.
2009 New construction of the wastewater pre-cleaning and a further coldstore.
2013 First IFS Certification
Presently processing of approx. 150 tons per week, showing an upward trend.
We are selling our products within Germany and are exporting into many EU countries.
